Review before funding
Open the transaction summary and check the account, agreed amount and fees. Follow the funding instructions shown for that transaction. A site-balance payment and an external cryptocurrency deposit are separate steps; adding funds to Credits does not automatically fund an escrow.
Follow the current stage
Your escrow page shows the current status and the actions available to your role. The seller submits the handover, and the assigned handler verifies the transfer steps before the buyer's inspection. Requirements differ by platform, so follow the instructions shown on the transaction itself.
Use the transaction conversation for questions and supporting evidence. Do not assume that sending a message advances a stage or extends a deadline. Read the status and deadline displayed on the escrow page.
Inspect and respond
When buyer inspection is available, check that the agreed transfer has been completed before accepting it. Report a material problem through the transaction's dispute action when available, with a clear explanation and relevant evidence.
Support can help you find the right workflow, but a general support ticket does not open a dispute or pause an escrow deadline. Continue an existing request instead of opening several tickets about the same issue.
After completion, the seller's proceeds are released to their available site balance. Withdrawing that balance is a separate request with its own status. You can follow both records from your account.
