Escrow Service

1. The buyer pays the cost of the channel + escrow service fee (see fee tiers).
2. The seller invites support@fameclerk.com as a Brand Account Owner.
3. The escrow agent verifies everything and assigns manager rights to the buyer.
4. Both FameClerk's accepted Brand Account Owner role and the buyer's accepted Manager/Owner role must be at least seven days old. The agent transfers Primary Owner to the buyer and removes seller access.
5. The agent verifies final control, then starts 72-hour buyer inspection. The buyer can accept once inspection is complete, or open a dispute. Seller AdSense ownership is not included.
6. Buyer acceptance releases proceeds to the seller's site balance. An overdue inspection keeps funds held and requires independent administrator review for an unconfirmed release. Withdrawal is separate.

1. The buyer funds the agreed total, including their share of the escrow fee.
2. The seller supplies the account access or ownership information to the escrow agent.
3. The agent arranges the handover and provides the buyer with access.
4. The buyer checks the transfer and confirms completion, or opens a dispute if there is an issue.
5. After completion, the seller’s proceeds are credited to their FameClerk site balance.

2. The seller and handler check native ownership-transfer eligibility in Telegram, including security and device-session requirements.
3. The seller transfers channel/group Owner to the verified agent identity. The agent then transfers native Owner to the buyer's recorded numeric user ID. No personal Telegram login codes are collected.
4. The agent checks owner rights, other admins, bots and linked assets, then starts buyer inspection.
5. The buyer checks the transfer and confirms completion, or opens a dispute if there is an issue.
6. After completion, the seller’s proceeds are credited to their FameClerk site balance.

Only Personal and Business accounts are supported. Organization Accounts are excluded. Handover includes passkeys, linked Apple/Google sign-in, recovery methods, sessions and two-factor authentication.
