From introduction to reward

01

Share your link

Join the program and share your personal signup link with people who may find FameClerk useful. Make it clear that you may earn a referral reward.

02

They join and use FameClerk

The code appears on the signup form. Once they register with it, qualifying Premium payments and completed escrows can earn rewards for 12 months.

03

Review, then credit

Rewards appear in your dashboard. After a 14-day hold and staff approval, they are added to your site balance. Use that balance or request a withdrawal in Credits.

What could a referral earn?

Examples use the current fees and one eligible referrer. These are calculations, not a promise of earnings.

$6.00

Referral reward

30% of the actual pass price.

$1,000 completed escrow

$1,000 escrow with Premium

If the buyer and seller have different eligible referrers, they share the single 20% escrow pool equally. An $11.00 pool becomes $5.50 each. The same referrer is rewarded once.

Who can join

Verified, non-banned members can join for free. Staff accounts cannot participate. You must follow FameClerk’s Terms of Service and these program rules.

How a referral is recorded

A person must be new to FameClerk and register with your code, by email or Google. The code can be entered or removed before signup. Existing accounts cannot be assigned later, and a registered referral cannot be moved to another affiliate.

Using your link

Your link opens the signup form with your code attached. If someone leaves and later signs up without the code, the signup is not attributed to you. Clicks and visits alone do not earn rewards.

The 12-month period

The reward period begins at registration and ends 12 calendar months later. Premium payments must be made, and escrows completed, before that deadline. Starting an escrow before the deadline does not qualify a completion after it. A later review or credit can finish after the deadline.

What earns rewards

You earn 30% of actual paid Premium fees. Completed escrows have one total 20% reward pool, shared between different eligible buyer and seller referrers. Discounts reduce the fee base first. Amounts are rounded once to the nearest cent. Any extra cent in a shared pool follows a fixed allocation order.

What does not qualify

Deposits, the account purchase price, withdrawal fees, listing promotions, cancelled or refunded escrows and unpaid purchases do not earn rewards. You cannot earn from your own accounts or trades in which you are a buyer or seller. Duplicate or fabricated activity does not qualify.

Review and crediting

Each reward has a 14-day hold from the qualifying payment or escrow completion, followed by staff review. Pending or held rewards are not spendable funds. Staff may investigate or decline a reward for invalid attribution, refunded or unverified fees, abuse or other rule violations. Decisions and member-visible reasons appear in your dashboard.

Using and withdrawing rewards

Approved rewards are credited once to your FameClerk balance, not sent as a separate payout. Normal balance and withdrawal rules apply. Withdrawals currently require at least $10, have a 2% fee, and use the supported USDT or USDC payout on Ethereum. You remain responsible for any reporting or tax obligations that apply to you.

Sharing fairly

Put a clear disclosure near your link, for example: “I may earn a referral reward if you join through this link.” Do not send spam, impersonate FameClerk, promise returns, use misleading claims, refer accounts you control or buy ads using FameClerk’s name or trademarks.

Account restrictions and disputes

We may pause new referrals or hold uncredited rewards while investigating abuse. Existing records are retained and credits already recorded are not silently removed. Contact support with the reward reference if you dispute a decision. Fraudulent activity can lead to account restrictions under the Terms of Service.

Privacy and future changes

Your dashboard shows referral counts and your own rewards, not customers’ names, contact details or private escrow records. We retain attribution and financial history to operate and audit the program. Future rate changes apply to new referrals under updated terms, not qualifying fees already earned under recorded terms.

Read our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Questions about a referral? Contact support.
